+The Booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee secures your date and time, and covers preparation costs.
+ You have one day to cancel your photo shoot, you'll receive an invoice which has to be paid. After that, If you can find someone who will replace your spot then you will get your booking fee back, if your replacement will book and pay the 50% of the non-refundable sum before. Or your replacement can pay your invoice. Please inform me if your replacement is paying the invoice in your behalf.
I have to say no to the others and I respect your time that you've booked with me, please do the same.

+ If you are unable to attend your session, rescheduling may be possible in exceptional cases, subject to my availability. Rescheduling can be done once. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new booking is made, which you have to pay fully + last booking fee.
+ You may transfer your booking to another person. You and the new client must inform me in advance.
+ Being late to your photo session will not be rescheduled to another day or time. We will use the time we have left. Please inform me if this happens so that I know to wait for you. Without informing me after: *20 min of waiting your 30 min booked photo shoot will be cancelled automatically without any refund,
*35 min of waiting your 1-1,5h booked photo shoot will be cancelled automatically without any refund.
Therefore photo shoot must be paid fully.
If you'd like to extend your time ( it is only possible if my availability allows) the hourly booking fee will be added to your original sum.

+ If you cancel your session, the booking fee must be paid and will not be refunded. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will also result in a forfeit of the booking fee.
Last-minute cancellation is 7 business days before the booking. If the cancellation is made, there will be no refund and you're obligated to pay the full amount of the service, if you can't find anyone to replace your spot.
+ If I have to cancel our session due to the influenza virus, we will reschedule your shoot.

+ Full name and other contact information must be given when asked.
+ If the invoice is addressed to your business, VAT/ALV will be added.
+ Booking fee is 50% of the service sum. If you want your date to be secured 100%, please pay asap. When the booking fee has not been paid, I cannot promise your chosen date and time will be available. Other half is paid after the photo session with cash, card or invoice.
+ Any additional purchases (such as extra images or prints) will be invoiced separately.
+ A reminder invoice will be sent one week after the due date if the payment has not been received. A 10,5% late fee plus a 25€ reminder fee will be added to the invoice.

+ Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe ( usually 1-3 weeks after the chosen images) + when the photo shoot has been paid completely. Delivery times may vary depending on workload and seasonality. You are free to ask the delivery time :)
+ The client acknowledges that they are familiar with my work and understands that the final images will be edited according to my artistic vision.
+ Preview gallery is sent after the photo shoot within 1-4 days from where the client select images to be edited. Those images are marked with watermarked and low resolution that cannot be downloaded.
+ Only fully edited images are included in the final delivery ( without watermark and full sized images). The client is not allowed to take screenshots of the preview gallery and share unpurchased images. Additional images can be purchased according to the price list.
If unpurchased images will be shared an invoice will be sent.
The client can download the images from the online gallery. The photographer is not responsible of the quality, if the photos are screenshotted and shared or printed.

+ By booking a session, you agree that I may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing with booking.
+ I, Gerda Koort retains the copyright to all images.
+ The client may use the images for personal purposes, but commercial or advertising use is not permitted unless a separate agreement is made.
+ The client can print photos for personal usage. If the photos are printed through third party, the photographer is not responsible of the quality. The photographer is responsible only if the client has ordered prints through the photographer (Gerda).

+ I am not responsible for the safety or behaviour of children, pets or anyone who will be at the location of the photo shoot. Parents and pet owners must ensure their supervision at all times.
+ I can give advice (if asked) what to wear but I am not responsible for clothing choices, wardrobe malfunctions, or any stains, wrinkles, or other issues related to outfits worn durning the session. It is possible to edit out stains and wrinkles but it is not 100% guaranteed.
Please come in clothes you would love to see yourself in. Please do keep in mind that if you book me for the first time, I don't know have you been in front of the camera before, therefore, if you need help with clothing, please ask.
