01. Send me a message
You can send me a message through contact page or scroll down to contact me. If you're not a fan of filling the forms you can easily email me to gerdakoort@gmail.com. Possible also to just book a video call with me - scroll down. I will contact you with the next steps: We will meet or if you're super ready to make it official and book me - let's do this!
02. Lock it in
Once we have decided to work together you will sign an agreement and pay a retainer of 500€. From there we will start to connect over moodboards and details!
03. Final details
One - two months before the wedding, we will go through the timeline together and final details.
04. The Wedding
Eagerly, I'll arrive there and I'm ready to photograph your day. I'll be watching all the different moments all day so you can enjoy to the fullest!
05. Your photos are ready
Grab some wine and get cosy because here's the final unveiling. Hop online to view your gallery.
Or we can arrange a meeting where I will show you your final images and hand over your prints/album/memory stick.
06. Design your album / Print your photos
We design your album together, we will include all your favourite moments up to 60 pages. This is a generational treasure to share for years. You will also receive a possibility to print your favourite photos.

MOMENTS THAT SLIP BY UNNOTICED
Where are you based? And what languages do you speak?
Helsinki, Finland, but nowadays it's so easy to travel anywhere!
I speak Estonian (native), English and Finnish.
How does the booking work?
Send me a message here or email me gerdakoort@gmail.com with all the details. When you've decided which package to go and we’re a good fit, a signed contract and a retainer of 500€ will secure your date. The remaining balance is due before the event date. We’ll then set up a time to dive into the details and ensure everything is in place for your big day.
Is it possible to have a videography from you?
My main goal is to give you the best photos, but if you'd like to have just the highlights of your day we can discuss more. I do work with a professional videographer, if you'd like to have also the speeches and the full day covered, let me know.
Do you travel / photograph internationally?
Yes, I do travel from Helsinki to any city, to any county. In EU, travel expenses are already included from 10h packages.
How many photos do we receive?
You'll receive between 400-1000 photos, depending on how many hours we shoot and how jam-packed your wedding day is!
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
It will take between 1-8 weeks to receive your final wedding photos. I put a lot of love and care into perfecting each image, which is why it'll take me a little bit more time to deliver your images.
Is a second shooter mandatory?
If I could have the ability to clone myself then no :p But.. Depending on your guests count. I do recommend to have a second shooter if you have 100 or more guests, and your getting ready is in a different locations.
Second shooter will help me to capture not just the key moments but also those candid, spontaneous interactions that truly tell the story of your day.
This extra coverage allows us to document more reactions, meaningful glances, and intricate details, making sure we capture as much of the essence of your celebration as possible.
Can we customise our photography package?
Of course. Every wedding is unique, and I believe your photography package should reflect that. If my existing packages don’t fit your needs, we’ll work together to design one that does.
How do you balance being professional and personable?
I believe that being professional doesn’t mean being distant. I’m all about creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourselves. I handle the details with care, but I also want you to feel like you’re working with a friend who genuinely cares about your wedding day.
You have lots of black and white photos on your website. How many coloured photos will be in our gallery?
You will actually have more coloured images in your gallery than black and white. You'll get around 30% of black and whites only.
Why should we hire you?
My job is to observe, to pay attention to every detail so that your story can be brought to life through my work. Every wedding is unique - sometimes light, sometimes moody, sometimes very touching.
